CITY BIOTHANE LEASH

This is my favourite leash ever! It is so comfortable and durable. It’s very sturdy and holds up perfectly to my giant dog, and I have no concerns about him getting loose unlike some other leashes I’ve tried before since the hardware is very secure and high quality. The owner is so kind and truly cares about her customers and has the best customer service.

I bought my first leash from Kite and Anchor almost two years ago. It’s durability was unparalleled to other brands, as was its fulfillment of the easy to clean + stink free promise. One day the hardware lost its recoil. I reached out to the company to see if there was a way to replace that piece since the rest of the leash was still in perfect condition. I could not believe it but they actually sent me a brand new leash - better than ever - no questions asked, no fuss. Needless to say I will be buying all my biothane products from Kite and Anchor for my pooch!

We are absolutely ecstatic with our new lead! There was a slight delay with sourcing parts (pandemics y'know) but she kept us updated through the who process :) top notch quality and service, cant wait to order again!
